Issuing badges for SPEAKER is same as for PARTICIPANT, just choose SPEAKER from Navigation

Step 1: click on PARTICIPANTS from Navigation

Step 2: click on BADGE ISSUANCE Tab

Step 3: Select Badge class, Event, Participant

select Badge Class, Event and Participant

Step 4: click on ISSUE BADGE

click ISSUE BADGE
