Examination User Flow

While a university Department performs both course administration and student certification processes, the use-cases are divided to be performed by Department User and Examination Department Users. In addition to creating Department users for each department, IT Admin also creates Examination Department users to handle department-wise approval workflows. This user is intended to be the supervisor for all courses related to the university department - Institute-University collaboration course as well as department hosted University courses. Examination department users have view access to all students in these courses, but don’t have any write access till the course is completed and the grade sheets are added. Once the grade sheets are added, the Examination Department user is responsible for the certification process. The users can check all the students' grade sheets, and, if appropriate, can approve the marks sheet there by creating their credentials on the blockchain.
