This is a user who is responsible for authorizing different university-level activities like approval of departments, department users, examination users etc. Typically, this role is assumed by either the Dean or the Registrar of the university. Once the IT Admin adds a given email id as a management user, this user can login with their credentials and start performing their tasks.
